About Rena Hollander
Rena has run an independent law firm in Beit Shemesh since 1995, focusing on real estate, commercial contracts, company and nonprofit formation, inheritance law, durable POAs, and civil-commercial matters.
She is a highly successful mediator and arbitrator in real estate and business disputes, known for navigating high-stakes situations and achieving practical, win-win outcomes.
Rena holds an LLB from Bar-Ilan University and an MA in Management and Conflict Resolution, is a certified mediator, and completed directors’ training at the Technion. Earlier in her career, she worked as an attorney in Tel Aviv and served on the board of Mei Shemesh.
Rena has long been active in civic advocacy in Beit Shemesh, promoting fair resource distribution, combating corruption, and advancing women’s inclusion, while fostering dialogue across diverse communities.
A former Deputy Mayor and longtime City Council member, she has overseen social services, women’s advancement, libraries, youth programs, and chaired the Finance Committee.
Rena is married, a mother of five, made aliyah from the U.S. as a child, and is fluent in English and Hebrew.
